  • FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING (SAME DAY, NEXT DAY, AFTER HOURS, ETC.)

  • CONTINUITY OF CARE (DR. PRICE CARES FOR YOUR CHILD AT EVERY APPOINTMENT)

WILLOW CARE

"Willow Care" members receive medical services at our conveniently located office near the West Loop/Medical District. Our office provides complimentary parking and is easily accessible from both the city and suburbs.

birth to 11 months: $250 per month

12 to 23 months: $150 per month

2 to 4 years: $125 per month

5 years+: $100 per month

WILLOW HOME

"Willow Home" provides ALL medical care in the comfort of your own home. It is great for families with young children still working to boost their immune systems, those with very busy schedules, or families who have a child with special needs. 

birth to 11 months: $450 per month

12 to 23 months: $300 per month

2 to 4 years: $250 per month

5 years+: $200 per month
