Each family is unique. Our goal is to help families the best way we can and in order to accomplish that we offer three different membership levels.

4th Trimester Care

Mom and baby remain physiologically connected during the 3-month postpartum period. The wellness of the mother directly affects the wellness of the baby, and vice versa. At Willow, we recognize the importance of this critical time period and have developed a comprehensive home-based program that includes the following.

Newborn medical care provided by a pediatrician
Lactation support with an IBCLC
Perinatal mental health support
Postpartum complication support
Newborn sleep education
Transition to parenthood coaching
New parent support group

$2100 for 3 month program

Willow Home

"Willow Home" provides ALL medical care in the comfort of your own home. It is great for families with young children still working to boost their immune systems, those with very busy schedules, or families who have a child with special needs. There are no hidden fees or copays with your membership and it includes the following.

Well child visits
Sick visits (both acute and chronic)
On-site laboratory tests
In-stock prescription medication
Educational classes

$500 per month for first child

$250 per month for each additional child

Willow Care

"Willow Care" members receive medical services at our conveniently located office near the West Loop/Medical District. Our office provides complimentary parking and is easily accessible from both the city and suburbs. There are no hidden fees or copays with your membership and it includes the following.

Well child visits
Sick visits (both acute and chronic)
In-office laboratory tests
In-office prescription medication
Educational classes
